Gary SmithHow To Use Check-In Marketing

1) Photo Real Estate Agent Example: Open House. Take a photo of the pool, front elevation of the home or something interesting about the home...whatever you want to show potential clients. (don't photo your real estate sign, we'll show you how to add your contact info in a way that helps your client).

2) Check-In Visit the Facebook APP and click on the small + sign to check in. Search for the name of the neighborhood you're located. If you can't find the name, create the exact name of the neighborhood and choose that name.

3) Add Discription Once you choose the location, type a short discription: Open House 1-4 Sunday, December 3rd :: Ask for Sandy!

4) Add Photo Click the small Camera icon and upload a photo from your camera. Notice that you can take a new photo. Either way, choose a photo.

5) Send Photo Once you're happy with the number of photos and discription, click "Post."

6) Share the News Now...visit your Facebook Profile page, click the checked in photo of your open house and click the "Share" link located under the photo. Notice a small pull down option. Choose your business page and share the News on your page.

7) SHARE IT ON YOUR CITY PAGES From the Facebook Search bar, search for the city your neighborhood is located. In our example, Densmore is located in Ridgeland, MS. Search "Ridgeland Mississippi Real Estate". Share the photo and news of the open house.

You now have shared your news with:

1) The neighborhood. Can be found via a geo-search from ANY smart phone.
2) Your business page.
3) Your city real estate page

This can work for anyone in the real estate industry. You should mention CHECK-IN MARKETING to all your team memebers; home inspectors, pest control, appraisers, engineers, handymen, carpet cleaners or/and anyone who works with you.
