Patrick Barbe is a certified Washington Council of Engineering Laboratories (WACEL) inspector and Soil Scientist with over 14 years of experience in the Washington DC metro area.  Patrick provides home inspections, foundation inspections, drainage inspections, construction inspections and well/septic field inspection.
