Dennis' inspection was thorough, complete and organized. It's one thing to have someone know their stuff, it's another to have them make it plain and clear to the client so that the information is useful and actionable. I was also impressed by Dennis' demeanor--he's low-key and to-the-point, which also makes him an excellent listener, so I could express any concerns I had over items he found, and he could help me understand better what I might be facing and how to deal with it. Most important, he was reliable--showed up when he said, and turned the information around in a timely manner--a great inspector that doesn't show up or get the information to you is as good as no inspection at all! I recommend Dennis for buyer home inspections, as well as for homeowners wanting to discover issues before they become problems.
