Hollis from ThoroSpec is very informative and is very very knowledgeable in Home Inspection. When he came out to do the inspections in our home, he made us feel comfortable with the information he provided. His report looked very thorough and with a lot of pictures, you know what you are/have to deal with. Report was very easy to understand and Hollis keeps his promises when he says: "I will get back to you in one or two hours" and he does. You may find that others charge a bit less, but Hollis' knowledge and recommendation is worth every penny you pay for the inspection through ThoroSpec. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality work and that peace of mind!!
