This is an inspection to determine FHA required repairs and provide a cost estimate to a home buyer and their lender.  Contractors would then provide the buyer a bid based on the feasibility inspection report.  Some buyers choose to obtain a feasibiilty inspection prior to making a purchase offer so that they can stratigize with the HUD certified consultant and their REALTOR on the best purchase offer to submit to the seller.

This may be used with a Streamline K or Full 203k loan.
