Carlton Mitchell and Pat Barbe started Pro View Inspections to bring years of real estate valuation, structural engineering, soil science and home improvement experience to consumers involved real estate purchase transactions. Our mission is to provide a reasonably priced inspection with quality reporting and personalized customer service.

Patrick Barbe is a certified Washington Council of Engineering Laboratories (WACEL) inspector and Soil Scientist with over 14 years of experience in the Washington DC metro area. Patrick provides home inspections, foundation inspections, drainage inspections, construction inspections and well/septic field inspection.
