Gary Smith currently serves on the Mississippi Home Inspector License Board, is a reginal director of the Home Builders Association of Jackson and is an accredited green building verifier for the NAHB. In 2009 Gary was named as Builder Member of the Year for his participation as a green building advocate and for his support of a state wide green building initiative. Gary is the first state NAHB verifier and certified the first homes built green under the NAHB National Green Building Standard.
